Our Programs
Support built around the whole person.
Successful reentry requires more than addressing one need. We work with participants to identify their individual barriers, establish goals, and create a path forward.
Employment & Career Support
We help participants prepare for employment, connect with second-chance employers, address workplace barriers, and develop strategies for maintaining successful employment.
Housing Stability
We work to connect participants with housing resources, housing providers, and community partners while helping individuals address barriers that may make obtaining housing difficult.
Transportation Support
We help participants identify transportation barriers and connect with available transportation resources and community partners.
Recovery & Wellness Support
For individuals whose reentry journey includes recovery, we help connect participants with appropriate recovery resources, treatment providers, peer support, recovery communities, and other services that can strengthen long-term stability.
Identification & Essential Documents
We assist participants in navigating the process of obtaining essential documents such as state identification, driver's licenses, Social Security cards, birth certificates, and other necessary records.
Financial Stability
Through education and community partnerships, participants can receive guidance related to budgeting, banking, saving, credit awareness, and developing healthy financial habits.
Reentry Planning & Mentoring
We work with participants to identify immediate barriers, establish realistic goals, and develop an individualized reentry plan. Through ongoing guidance, mentoring, accountability, and follow-up, we help participants continue moving forward.
Community Resource Connections
We work to build a strong network of employers, housing providers, recovery organizations, community agencies, and other service providers so participants can be connected with resources that meet their individual needs.
Fresh Start Self-Care Services
Rebuilding a life includes rebuilding confidence. Participants may receive haircuts and barber services, grooming for interviews and employment, personal hygiene and self-care items, professional and everyday clothing, and referrals to participating barbers, stylists, and salons. Learn more.
Domestic Violence & Safety Support
Confidential support and screening, safety planning through trained advocates, emergency and safe housing connections, legal resource referrals, counseling, and coordination with our other services. Learn more.
Every person's journey is different.
That is why we work with participants to identify their individual barriers, establish goals, and create a path forward — rather than offering a single program that everyone is expected to fit.
