You don't have to figure out your next step alone. Here is who we serve, how enrollment works, and how to reach us.
Who Is Eligible?
Second Path may be able to help if you are:
- Preparing for release from jail or prison
- Currently participating in work release
- Involved with community corrections or another reentry program
- Recently released and working to establish stability in the community
- Living with a past criminal record that continues to create barriers to employment, housing, transportation, or other essential needs
- Seeking support with recovery as part of your reentry journey
- Willing to participate in developing and working toward an individualized plan
Referrals
Referrals are welcome.
Appropriate referrals are welcome from correctional facilities, work-release programs, community corrections, courts, employers, recovery organizations, community agencies, families, and other community partners.

We talk about your current situation, immediate needs, challenges, strengths, and goals.

Needs Assessment
Together, we identify barriers involving employment, housing, transportation, essential documents, finances, recovery support, and other needs.

Individualized Reentry Plan
We develop realistic goals and determine the steps, resources, and connections that can help you move forward.

Connection & Support
Depending on your needs, Second Path may provide assistance directly or connect you with community partners and available resources.

Follow-Up
We follow up, help address new barriers, recognize progress, and continue supporting you toward greater stability and independence.
